• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to deliver alerts and notifications.
• Google Maps API: Used for showing vehicle locations and routes.

4. User Accounts

ISEARCH TRACKER is a closed system. Users must log in to access the app. Registration is not available through the app and is managed separately through our customer onboarding process via the ISEARCH website. Only authorized customers may use the app.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure. No personal content or sensitive user files are uploaded from your device.

6. User Support

If users encounter issues, they can raise a support ticket from within the app. Email is automatically linked to their logged-in account, so manual entry is not required.
